RULY FIRMANSYAH
Born in Jakarta on March 13, 1964. He completed his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Indonesia in 1990 and earned a Master’s degree in Business Management from the Bandung Institute of Technology in 2002.
Working at PLN since 1995, he began his career in the field of electrical maintenance at PT PLN Pembangkitan Tenaga Listrik Jawa-Bali II. Before serving as President Director of PT PLN Nusantara Power, he held several important positions including General Manager of Muara Tawar Power Plant (2010-2011), General Manager of PT PLN (Persero) South Sumatra Power Plant (2012-2015), Executive Vice President of Kalimantan Regional Development at PT PLN (Persero) (2018-2019), and lastly served as President Director at PT Bahtera Adhiguna (2019-2022).
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND COMMERCE
MUHAMAD REZA
Born in Bandung on November 4, 1974. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology in 1997, a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands in 2000 and completed his PhD in Electrical Power Systems from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands in 2006.
His career before becoming Director at PT PLN Nusantara Power was as Director of Engineering at PT PLN Engineering in 2021 – 2022, Technical Expert, Business Development & Business Line Manager Power System, Advisory & Advanced Analytics at PT Tractebel Engineering Indonesia in 2019 – 2021 and as Business Development Manager, Power System Specialist & Country Representative at Solvina International in 2016 – 2019.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATION GAS POWER PLANT
KOMANG PARMITA
Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1993 from Brawijaya University and a Postgraduate degree in Other Engineering at Curtin University of Technology in 2008. His career journey is decorated with various experiences at PT PLN (Persero). Joined PLN in 1995. Previously served as GM at PT PLN (Persero) Tanjung Jati B Power Plant in 2018 – 2019, and EVP HSSE PLN Central Office 2019.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATION COAL POWER PLANT
RACHMANOE INDARTO
Born in Trenggalek on November 10, 1969. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brawijaya University in 1993 and a Master’s degree in Management from Bandung Institute of Technology in 2003.
Last served as Director of Operations – 2 PT PJB (2020 – 2022) until now serving as Director of Coal Generation Operations at PT PLN Nusantara Power.
He was appointed as an employee of the PLN Group in 1995. Has held important positions including General Manager of South Sumatra UIK (2019-2020), General Manager of Gresik Power Plant (2015-2016), General Manager of Paiton Power Plant (2013-2015) and General Manager of Pacitan Power Plant (2011-2013).

DWI HARTONO
Born in Wonogiri on November 13, 1975. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gadjah Mada University in 1999 and completed his Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering at Delft University of Technology, Netherlands in 2011.
Dwi Hartono began his career as a Senior Engine Technician at PT PLN (Persero) South Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan in 2003. His career before becoming Finance Director at PT PLN Nusantara Power was as EVP Asset Management Finance at PT PLN (Persero) in 2021 – 2022, Director of Operations at PT PJB Investasi in 2017 – 2021 and Deputy Manager of IPP Planning at PT PLN (Persero) in 2015 – 2017.
DIRECTOR OF HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION
KARYAWAN AJI
Born in Yogyakarta on May 1, 1967. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from Gadjah Mada University in 1992 and earned a Master of Engineering degree from Curtin University in 2009.
Last served as Director of HR and Administration at PT PJB (2020 – 2022) until now serving as Director of Human Capital and Administration at PT PLN Nusantara Power.
He began his career at PT PLN (Persero) in 1994 and has held strategic positions including Executive Vice President Talent Development at PT PLN (Persero) (2018-2020), Head of Talent Development Division at PT PLN (Persero) (2018), Head of Organization Development Division at PT PLN (Persero) (2017-2018), General Manager of PT PLN (Persero) West Nusa Tenggara Region (2016-2017), and Manager of Engineering at PT PLN (Persero) Tanjung Jati B Power Plant.
