Consistently Implementing Measured Corporate Governance, PLN Nusantara Power Wins Platinum ASRRAT 2025 Award
Jakarta, 1 December 2025 — PT PLN Nusantara Power (PLN NP) has once again earned recognition for its strong commitment to integrating sustainability principles into its business strategy. At the Asia Sustainability Reporting Rating (ASRRAT) 2025, held in Nusa Dua, Bali, PLN Nusantara Power was awarded the Platinum Award for the third consecutive year, underscoring the Company’s consistency in delivering transparent, accountable, and internationally aligned sustainability reporting.
The award, presented by the National Center for Corporate Reporting (NCCR), recognizes the quality of PLN Nusantara Power’s 2024 Sustainability Report, which was assessed as excelling in the disclosure of economic, social, and environmental performance. Achieving Platinum status for three consecutive years further strengthens PLN NP’s position as one of Indonesia’s leading electricity companies in sustainability best practices.
President Director of PLN Nusantara Power, Ruly Firmansyah, emphasized that the achievement reflects the Company’s long-term commitment to good corporate governance and sustainable development.
“Receiving the Platinum ASRRAT 2025 Award for the third consecutive year proves that sustainability is not merely a compliance obligation, but an integral part of PLN Nusantara Power’s growth strategy. We will continue to drive innovation and transparency to create lasting positive impacts for society and the environment,” said Ruly.
This achievement also demonstrates that sustainability has become part of PLN Nusantara Power’s corporate DNA. The Company strives to ensure that every business decision not only supports healthy corporate performance, but also delivers tangible benefits to communities and the environment.
As part of the ASRRAT 2025 assessment process, PLN NP advanced to the Platinum candidate stage, which included an online interview session. The evaluation was conducted with reference to leading global standards, including GRI 2021, IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards, and SASB Standards. The jury concluded that PLN NP’s sustainability report is consistent, credible, and compliant with all key sustainability indicators.
ASRRAT has been organized since 2005 as a regional platform recognizing excellence in sustainability reporting across Asia, with the objective of continuously improving the quality of corporate sustainability disclosure and stakeholder communication. (*)
