PT PLN Nusantara Power shareholders are PT PLN (Persero) with a share ownership of 99.99% and YPK PLN with share ownership of 0.01%.
PT PLN (Persero) acts as the majority and controlling shareholder of PT PLN Nusantara Power, with its shareholding comprising 1 Series 1 share and 308,510,497,998 Series 2 shares.
As the majority and controlling shareholder, PT PLN (Persero) is represented by its President Director. Operationally, the management of shareholder relations is carried out through the Corporate Secretary of PT PLN (Persero), particularly under the Investor Relations function.
Referring to Article 5 of the Articles of Association, the rights of shareholders are regulated as follows:
- All shares issued by the Company are registered shares, and the Company recognizes only one individual or one legal entity as the lawful owner of each share.
- Series I Shares are classified as shares with special rights, including the right to nominate members of the Board of Directors and/or the Board of Commissioners to be appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders, while Series II Shares are classified as ordinary shares.
