Jakarta, 9 December 2025 — PT PLN Nusantara Power (PLN NP) has once again achieved a prestigious national milestone by winning 1st Place in the category State-Owned Enterprises (Non-Public, Non-Financial) with Revenue Above IDR 5 Trillion at the Annual Report Award (ARA) 2024. Beyond securing the top position in its category, PLN NP was also nominated as Overall Champion of ARA 2024 and emerged as the only entity within the PLN Group to win a 1st Place award this year.
This achievement marks PLN Nusantara Power’s second victory at the Annual Report Award, following its previous 1st Place win at ARA 2018, reaffirming the Company’s long-standing consistency in implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices.
The Annual Report Award (ARA) is an annual competition aimed at promoting the application of good corporate governance principles through information transparency and excellence in corporate governance practices. The assessment focuses on the quality of companies’ annual reports, including completeness of disclosure, compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines, as well as the relevance and fairness of information presented to the public.
President Director of PLN Nusantara Power, Ruly Firmansyah, highlighted the significance of this recognition. According to him, as a state-owned enterprise that upholds good corporate governance as a fundamental operating principle, PLN Nusantara Power consistently prioritizes transparency and factual disclosure in its annual reporting.
“As a state-owned entity within the PLN Group, it is our obligation to provide accurate information and uphold transparency for all stakeholders. This award serves as an important indicator that we remain firmly committed to delivering on that responsibility,” said Ruly.
ARA 2024 recorded 206 registered participants, with 171 companies officially evaluated, including 105 state-owned enterprises competing across various categories. Amid this highly competitive environment, PLN Nusantara Power stood out through an annual report recognized for its consistency, comprehensiveness, and adherence to the highest standards of information transparency.
This achievement further strengthens PLN Nusantara Power’s position as one of Indonesia’s best-governed state-owned enterprises, particularly within the energy sector. It reflects the Company’s continued commitment to professional, transparent, and accountable corporate management.
“During the inaugural ARA 2018, which was awarded in 2019, we achieved 1st Place. Today, we are proud to demonstrate that our commitment to Good Corporate Governance remains consistent and strong,” Ruly added.
The award was formally presented at the ARA 2024 Awarding Ceremony, held on 8 December 2025 at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Building, Jakarta. The event was organized by the National Committee on Governance Policy (KNKG) in collaboration with the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, the Ministry of Home Affairs, the State-Owned Enterprises Regulatory Agency, the Directorate General of Taxes, the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI).
PLN Nusantara Power emphasized that this achievement serves as renewed motivation to continuously enhance corporate governance quality, performance reporting, and a strong culture of integrity. Going forward, the Company remains committed to delivering more informative, accurate, and sustainability-oriented reports as a form of accountability to all stakeholders.
