The Corporate Governance Guidelines (CG Code) are a reference for implementing Good Corporate Governance in making decisions, carrying out actions based on high morals, complying with laws and regulations and awareness of the Company’s social responsibility towards interested parties (stakeholders).
In order to implement Good Corporate Governance, PT PLN NP agrees and is committed to complying with and implementing the Corporate Governance Guidelines, one of which is realized through the implementation of the CG Code.
